General customer work is available via the orginal link sent to you for up to 60 days.

Vanbar then stores most customer data on our secure ofline server for up to two years.

Recovery of files & folders requires searching and data transfer to faciltate any requests, and the charges reflect the data storage costs and the time required for somone to find your files.

Customer name, SO# (sales order) and date may be required to find folders.

This site allows you to recover data from our BACKUP cloud server. 

Generally these links provided on thsi site are only active for 7 working days so we recomend you download your files as soon as possible as once this expires you will be required to submit and pay for a new recovery request.

General DATA storage charges are FREE for up to 60 days from the date of your job completion. Data storage charges are based on the time and size of your files.

• Over 2 months ( 60days ) and less than 4 months Up toi 500GB   $10+tax

• Over 4 months (120days ) and less than 8 months Up to 500GB   $20+tax

• Over 8 months ( 240days ) and less than 12 months Up toi 500GB  $30+tax

• over 12 months and less than 24 month Up toi 500GB  $40+tax

• over 24 months  Price on application

DATA over 500GB wil also incure a surcharge.
